I was curious on how to use the Page Depth filter within reports.
I am measuring user engagement based upon the number of pages they view when on my site - engaged user if they view 2 or more pages.
How can I set this up (if possible) as a filter?
Note: I was able to do this no problem as a segment. Maybe that is the only way/place to do it.

Filters are applied to hits, before any user activity on the site so there is no information contained in the hit about user engagement. It is not possible to set this up as a filter. Hope this helps.
