No ability to add filters

When I try to add filters to a view, there is no button to add filters and it says There is no data for this view, however there clearly is data.

Hi, Rolando M,

The inability to add a filter means that you do not have EDIT access at the ACCOUNT level (note that filters are an account level configuration).

You will need to request edit rights under the account (as opposed to the property or view levels).
