How to set accurate report in active user when I have a filter (exclude internal traffic)?[ Edited ]

When I set the filters, it said that "user court is inaccurate.". Kindly please advice how to set it to have more accurate report in Active User?
ps. I got 2 IP and have set filters for these 2 IPs (internal traffic)

The notification that you are seeing at the moment is merely a reminder that if you are using filters you will be omitting data (the data that you've chosen to filter).
If the view you are including is merely omitting the Internal company IP than I personally wouldn't worry about it. Just like how it is important to maintain a view that is pure, AKA 'All Website Data' or 'All Mobile App Data' when you create your view for User ID i strongly recommend you keep a view that does not filter out any data.
