How to filter out non-existent landing pages?

Hi There,

My Analytics report contains some sessions with non-extent landing pages.

My only valid landing page should be: www.mydomain.com/ (displayed as "/" in the reports), but the report shows sessions with landing page e.g.: "/?clui=2&nb=0&res_url=https://www.gumtree.com/events-gigs-nightlife". This does not seem to be a real visit, so I'd like to filter it out from my reports. I already removed many different kind of spam (e.g. with invalid hostname, etc..), but I could not find a way to remove this. Is there a way to create a filter that only keeps sessions with landing page "/", but removes everything else? If possible please send me filter expression in your response.

Thanks,

O.

Hi,

I'd go with exclusion filter "request URI" type and regex like this: ^\/(.*)+ or even ^\/.*

Let me know if it helped.

Hi Teglasy,

that's ghost spam - go for [1] to remove that kind of data.
