I am getting spam traffic from the hostname unknown.unknown, but I can't seem to figure out how to filter it out. Any ideas?

The easiest way to to actually filter IN your valid hostname(s). Create an INCLUDE filter for the hostnames you use - it is usually a short list (1?).

Do a search for 'valid hostname filter' to find several articles detailing how to do this. I believe it is the most efficient and effective way to get rid of unwanted (spam) traffic.
