Google Analytics Views, Filtering beyond my basic setup

Currently using Google Analytics Views to show site stats per each of our locations.

Examples

View 1
Location: Dallas

with Filter to include Subdirectory /locations/dallas/

View 2
Location: Orlando
with Filter to include Subdirectory /locations/orlando/

View 3
Location: Denver
with Filter to include Subdirectory /locations/denver/

and so on... Problem is I am maxed out at 25 views this way and we now have over 25 locations. Is there a smarter way to accomplish this? And if so how? Each city has a different manager that looks at the metrics and they really only care about their own, but I do like seeing all the way "Views" allows me to.

Can I setup a view just called Locations and use filters or segments or something to accomplish the above with ease?

Yes using a single view and using segments will definitely help and make life lot easier. :-)
