Hi,

I had a customer in my webshop who made a faulty order of 320.000. This is the transaction ID:

I want to filter this transaction out, but it does not seem to work. I applied the following filter:

Hi Peter,

cannot see the 2nd image yet the only option now is to exclude the transaction ID with the table filter or create a custom segment which will exclude the session / user with that transaction ID fro the defined time range (if the transaction happened in the selected time range).

Kind regards,

Hi Peter,

Please see answer to similar question here https://www.en.advertisercommunity.com/t5/Tracking-Goals-Ecommerce/How-to-fix-wrong-ECommerce-data/m...

Here is the downloadable segment: https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/template?uid=f_2sabRhRyaWBMjxvquBPg (Don' t forget to replace xxxxxx with your transaction ID you want to exclude)
