Filtered IP Not Showing Site Conversions
We have a filter that excludes both of our main IP addresses.
We have done this so our high volume of site access will not affect our statistics.
Occ. a customer calls and wants us to take their order by phone.
These orders do not show up in our filtered view.
Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

To add back your customer phone order, you would simply need to create a new firing rule - say, based on a cookie you could set from a "manual order start" page - that would fire a different google analytics tag set up just for order takers.
