Filter by subdirectory (all contents)

Hello,

We have a site which features a number of VOD shows. Each show we have (it's a small number) has been created within a subdirectory in our site. So we have:

http://oursite.com/shows/show1/

http://oursite.com/shows/show2/

Within each show subdirectory there are a number of files.

We would like to track each show separately. Someone suggested that we use filters, so I created a test filter for one of our shows with the following settings:

Predefined: Include Only : traffic to subdirectories : that are equal to /shows/show1/

However, when I go to Reporting->Real Time, I only get readings if I actually go to http://oursite.com/shows/show1/ If I visit http://oursite.com/shows/show1/episode-3 or http://oursite.com/shows/show1/favorites or anything specific within the subdirectory I get no readings.

Does anyone have any insights on what we could try to solve this?

Thanks.

Hi Cesar,

Change your filter set up from "are equal to" to "that contain" and you should be good.

Cheers,
