I'm having trouble with a client request. This site has an extremely high bounce rate because we have found that most users land on the homepage, then click "sign in" to the online app, and then are bounced from the page. This has caused a bounce rate on the homepage ~88%, nearly double the rest of the site.

 

How do you create an event/segment to exclude the users who immediately bounce to their online app? Thanks in advance!
