Do Filters Work With Content Experiments

I've filtered out my IP address but I still get a redirect when I take a look at an experiment page.

This concerns me. I don't want my views being counted in the experiment.

Am I right in saying my session/hit will be removed during processing?

Hi,

The content experiment code will redirect you on the site but your visits won't be recorded to any of the variations because your hits are filtered out.

Hope this helps.

Many thanks for helping Arnold. I ran a test experiment to prove this is the case. I created two simple html pages and set-up a new experiment. I clicked on each page about 10 times. I used incognito mode in chrome multiple times to serve up both options. The results were as expected - no clicks recorded.
