Can't exclude internal traffic from GA reports

I created these filters from reading other posts, however nothing seems to work yet.

1. Exclude IP address = xxx.xx.xxx.0

2. Exclude IP address = xxx.xx.xxx.99

3. Exclude IP address that begins with <my IPV6 address>

4. Include hostname csresume.com

I've tried variations on this, 1 & 4, 2 & 4, 3 & 4 - my traffic show up in all of these.

Thanks in advance for any assistance

Hi :-)

to check your public IP address to block, go to google search

and type in what is my IP addy

it will return the IP that needs to put in the filter

If you then go to this page, there are examples of the filter setups

Most ppl need to only exclude a single IP

Keep in mind, real time reporting can take up to 2hrs to reflect changes in filters.
