Hi,

Is there a way to filter metrics based on email domains? Is so how?

Basically I want to understand customer behavior, so I want to filter out my companies email domain from the metrics.

hi,

first you have to capture it... Usually you can filter your own trafic based on IP-addresses. Is this option impossible?

To capture you would collect it after login into custom dimension.

Hi,

We have a cloud based software and my goal is to view only my customers behavior and not the internal users behavior( engineers, testers, etc).

Blocking ip address will not give me a complete picture as most of the employees or internal users work from home.
