Assigning a CPC conversion to a dynamic landing page[ Edited ]

My client is using dynamic landing pages. After each conversion (when a form is filled out) a new dynamic landing page is created.They would like to match the unique landing page with the CPC conversions. I've been trying to set various metrics and filters in Google Analytics, but I can't figure it out.
Do you know where I can look to find this information in Google Analytics?

We may need more info to help you. That said, if this thank you page is set as a goal (it should be) then you should be able to use the reverse goal path report. If your thank you pages are dynamic as well and it's hard to match a pattern, you can use GA or GTM to rewrite the URI that is passed to GA to something you can use.
You can also set a cookie for which landing page was used and then add that as as custom dimension in the thank you page hit. Or you can also use local storage.
