Hi, probably a stupid question, but I have a site that is using the old urchin based analytics tracking. If I upgrade to the new GA scripts will any historical data be lost?

thanks

No, not at all. You will keep all data, and data collection will just continue with the newer GA tracking code.

If you have any custom tracking setup (e.g. Custom Variables, Ecommerce tracking, event tracking) those codes should be updated too.
