'outbound' category not appearing under 'Events'

I pasted the script as instructed and modified the onclick attribute to my links. So why doesn't 'outbound' appear as a category under Events

 
These are the instructions I followed.

Hi,

 

There is a data processing delay in GA, it takes some time for the data to appear in the reports. You can use the the GA Debugger Chrome extension to check if the events are sent to GA and you can also check the realtime report. Hope this helps.
