I tried to check the jPECR, but I did not know.
If the Cookie names are conflicted, what you tried to change the Cookie name of Google Analytics.

Hi Sura

Do you customize the tracking code of the sites?

If you have changed, please describe the tracking code.

Thanks, Ryota

Hi Ryota,

My client is pulling the GTM code using a 3rd party script called jPECR . I think that is conflicting with GA cookie. I have asked them to disable it and implement the GTM directly into the template. I will update here once I find out more.

Hey,

I just found out that my client uses this script to manage their cookie policy which was affecting the GA sessions. All sorted now Smiley Happy
