duplicate utm_campaign in link - what happens?

I would like to know what happens, or how GA handles a URL that has two utm_campaign, utm_source and utm_medium variables in the query string.

For example:

review?utm_campaign=ET-mailing&utm_medium=email&utm_source=PowerReviewsRequest&utm_content=store&utm_source=bm23&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=PWB+Power+Reviews+1K

How is this handled by GA and which value is stored for each variable?

Thanks
