What happens if I put the experiment code also in B version of page?

Google says I should put the experiment code after the header tag of the original page.

Would something not work right if I put that code also  after the header tag of the B version page?

Hi Jay,

If you are placing GA code it is recommended to place it before the closing of the <head> tag. The reason for this is because you want it to run before the body loads in case it needs to track something instantly such as custom JavaScript or other tags. You can theoretically place the code anywhere but if it runs to late you may not collect everything you want.

Hopefully this helps,
Omar
