Using two GA account to analyze a single site

Currently, I need to track pageview for two GA accounts on one page. We need to separate the Tag Manager and GA Account due reporting to different account ownership.

So, the page will trigger 2 Tag Managers, and capture the tag into different GA account.

Anyone has any idea, will this implementation be work?
