Use case: Track anchor video plays from HTML page not on a domain
Can I use Google Tag Manager with Google Analytics to track events on HTML pages pages that are not connected to a URL domain?
I send an HTML page and video content to my students by email. They unzip the content into a directory on their computer or phone. Now I want to track how many students watch each of the videos anchor linked on the page.
i.e. the HTML doc is not on a domain. It is local on their computer or phone.
