Unable to fix same web property id error

I have searched the forum and have tried all the already suggested fixes but I still can't seem to get this adjusted.

I can only see my GA code in my source once and it seems to be the Universal code yet I get that error with tag assistant. I was triggered to check after seeing a very low bounce rate.

Any other suggestions/assistance would be appreciated.

Your source code and implementation looks fine. But you're including an advertising script (https://widget.yummienation.com?BlogID=30263) that has a second Google Analytics object with a pageview. You might want to remove it and see if that solves the error.
