URL builder provides broken link

Hi all,


I am trying to track an email campaign for the first time using the URL builder. It provides me with a link but when I copy and paste this into a browser it appears to not recognise the first part of the link and instead tries to take you to another page where it gives you a 404 message.


The link i've generated is

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I swapped the '?' for a '#' and that seemed to fix it, but it seems only .php pages need this.

Does anyone know why?
