The AdWords auto-tagging GCLID parameter was missing from this hit, present in this page's URL

Hi all, help needed!

I have done some Tag testing using Google Chrome, Tag Assistant. The Tag Assistant report shows no errors, but the Google Analytics report does. Test was done by using fictive GCLID (not Adwords created Tag).

Error message from the Google Analytics report using the Google Chrome, Tag Assistant:
The AdWords auto-tagging GCLID parameter was missing from this hit, but the parameter was present in this page's URL. Google Analytics will not have correct attribution for this session.

This is what Google says about the error:
The AdWords auto-tagging GCLID parameter was missing from this hit, but the parameter was present in this page's URL. Analytics will not have correct attribution for this session.

Meaning: A GCLID is a URL parameter assigned to your auto-tagged AdWords advertising campaigns. This page is sending the GCLID but the JavaScript on the page is changing it. This will negatively impact your AdWords reporting.

Action: Have your webmaster or developer edit the script and ensure that the GCLID parameter is passed through intact.

Would appreciate any help.

Update, problem solved.

When we ran tests with real Google Adwords generated GCLID Tags there were no issues.
