Self referral problem

Hi, The analytics account is showing Self Referential Errors. The account is tracking data for a site and as well being used as a roll up account for combining data of other related subdomains. Wanted to know if including the domain in referral exclusion would work or not. Thanks!

Adding the domain to the referral exclusion list will for new users, however returning users who have your domain set as their referral and they come back as direct visitors will still have it set as the referral until they come back from a different source or they reach your campaign timeout. Hope this helps.
