Same View Across Two Properties Yeilding Different Results

I have one account, with two properties, and multiple views for various geo locations based on URI include filters. The first and original property has a number of views for various countries that are working successfully, and recently we launched a few new country sites which are not successfully capturing data. To see if this was an implementation or filtering issue i created a second property and created views for the new sites (running simultaneously with the original property ID), and within these views I'm successfully capturing data in all reports including real-time.

Wondering why data isn’t successfully being captured in one property view, but is in another with exactly the same implementation/filters. Has anyone encountered this before?

Hi Jay :-)
Are you able to give the url of the pages that are having tracking issues?
Also does each property have at least one View without any filters applied,
and are they tracking all pages as expected?
