Problem getting google analytics

I used to have google analytics on my old website design. I just updated my website, but it is still hosted by the same company. I guess I didn't write down what my log in info was for google analytics so I can't log in. I tired just getting a new code but this is what I get when I try. analytics.JPGanalytics1.JPGanalytics2.JPG

Can someone please help me to figure out how to sign in to my old account or get a new code? Thank you!!

Sounds like there may possibly be an account conflict.
Before you upgraded the account (im assuming you mean you upgraded to google apps?)

Did you already have a google account that used the email address info@yourdomainnamehere.com?
