I have put the tracking code in the header on my site so presumed analytics would be able to track every page, however only one page (homepage) is showing in my reports

Hi Ongosa,

Are you able to see the tracking code in the subpages' source code? Please make sure that your subpages are using the same header file as your homepage. You can use the GA debugger and Google Tag Assistant Chrome extensions to check if request are being sent to google analytics from the subpages. If you can share your website URL we'll take a look at it.
