Hi,

 

I have received all permissions for an Analytics account but I' am still not able to add any filters. Can someone help?

Hi @lindani M :-)
Have you been given the edit permissions at the GA Account level.
If the permissions have only been given at the Property or View level (not Account level) 
then you will only be able to  apply existing filters to or remove them from the relevant view(s), but not create new filters or edit existing filters

Hi :-)

It would depend how the events have been setup. Usually they would be added to the website source code, so you would need access to that in order to make code changes
If they are using GTM for the analytics tracking then you would possibly need to make the changes in GTM instead.
