No data shown under 'Audience', while 'Real Time' works fine

Hi guys, I just launched my new website with Google Analytics implemented in all the pages, but I seem to be having some problems. When I look at the 'Real Time' tab, everything works fine and I can see all the visitors and other data, which means that the tracking code works fine, right? But even though there have been quite some visits to my website, the 'Audience' tab still shows 0 sessions and 0 visitors. How come? Might it have something to do with the fact that I implemented a redirect code in my .htaccess to make all my URLs extensionless? Or should that make no difference. I'm really stuck here, please help me out.

FYI, here's the redirect art of my .htaccess:

Options +FollowSymLinks -MultiViews
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.%{HTTP_HOST}/$1 [R=301,L]

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule ^([^\.]+)$ $1.php [NC,L]

RewriteCond %{THE_REQUEST} ^[A-Z]+\ /([^/]+/)*[^.#?\ ]+\.php([#?][^\ ]*)?\ HTTP/
RewriteRule ^(([^/]+/)*[^.]+)\.php http://www.wopapro.nl/$1 [R=301,L]

Thanks in advance for helping me out!

Hi :-)
It usually takes 24-48hrs for the analytics reports to start showing data from the time it has been correctly installed.

I'm not seeing any issues with the tracking when i check the site (I'm assuming the domain is wopapro as per the htaccess above?)
