hi there, I'm having real issues with Google analytics on my website. It used to show data no problem, but one day just stopped. By viewing page source I can see the tracking code is there, and the tag assist is showing me a green face and seeing the tag, so not sure why Google Analytics is recording zero hits?

Would really appreciate your help! Thank you Smiley Happy

Hi Joe,

Please try to remove the filters to see if you get traffic tracked again.

Hi Joe,

Did you add any new filters recently that might block all traffic?

Hi Arnold,

I was having a real problem with ghost spam so added a few filters:

There's a few filters set up but can't see what could block all traffic - should I start again with a new analytics property?

Hi Joe,

one tip: It's recommend that you always set up three views: unfiltered view, master view and test view (see https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6083325?hl=en). That allows you to test filter in a test view before you set them up to your master view. The unfiltered view stores all raw data without filtering.

Bye. Nils.
