Hi Webmasters S,

I see that you already removed one of the GA snippets. However I noticed a few unusual things in your site's code:

1. There are 3 <head></head> tags on your main page. Is it supposed to be like this? As far as I know there should be only one <head></head> tag and it should be somwhere near the begginig of the page (explanation: http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_head.asp)

2. Is there any particular reason that you're hosting your own ga.js instead of just referencing to "google-analytics.com/ga.js". It is generally not recommended to host unless there is a specific server setup that implies using internal JavaScript libraries.

As for your question regarding migration to Universal Analytics here is a general Google's guide on how to migrate from ga.js to analytics.js:

https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/upgrade/reference/gajs-analyticsjs?hl=e...

However if you'd consider upgrading to Universal Analytics I would strongly recommend to do it by implementing Universal Analytics through Google Tag Manager. It's a great tool because it gives you great flexbility in configuring your Google Analytics tracking without help of your developers and also enables you to run Custom HTML codes that can perform various tasks or collect and send various data into Universal Analytics. Here is a great tutorial how to do it smoothly:

http://www.lunametrics.com/blog/2015/07/16/safely-migrating-to-google-tag-manager/

Just make sure that you follow through above tutorial to avoid polluting or even loosing your current data. Also i would highly recommend that your developers get familiar with developer's guide on migrating to Google Tag Manager as you'd need some help from them to do it all correctly:

https://developers.google.com/tag-manager/devguide

If you found my replies answering your original question please mark any of them as an "Accepted solution". I'd be very grateful.

Hi Webmasters S,

The domain you provided sakhifahsions.net does not exist. However, a quick Google search produced http://www.sakhifashions.com/ is this your site?

Thanks,
JD

I think it's because you have inserted Google Analytics script twice in your page - one after another. Check your site's source (Ctrl+U) for "ga.js" and you'll find 2 Google Analytics snippets. Remove one of them and you should be fine.

BTW. Is there any particular reason why you decided to host ga.js locally on your server instead fo referencing to Google's repository? Also I would strongly recommend migrating from ga.js (Google Analytics) to analytics.js (Universal Analytics) unless there is a strong motive behind not doing that.

Kind regards

_gaq=_gaq||[];_gaq.push(["_setAccount","UA-35884334-6"]);asyncDistilledFirstTouch(_gaq);_gaq.push(["_trackPageview","/"]);_gaq.push(["t2._setAccount","UA-35884334-6"],["t2._trackPageview",""]);if(Ajax.Responders){Ajax.Responders.register({onComplete:function(response){if(!response.url.include("progress")){if(response.url.include("saveOrder")){_gaq.push(["_trackPageview","/"+"/opc-review-placeOrderClicked"]);_gaq.push(["t2._trackPageview","/"+"/opc-review-placeOrderClicked"]);}else

Did you try verifying by uploading verification file on your site?
