Need Help Combining 2 Analytics Codes

Hi all,

We have a client who had 1 code up and running on his site for several years. The site was redesigned, rebuilt and relaunched a few months ago. When that happened... it seems a new analytics code was implemented & now I have old analytics under 1 account and new analytics under another account.

Do you have any idea how to combine the old & new data?

I'm not super savy with analytics lingo so I'm sorry if I did not pose the question well...

You can't combine them. Why don't you remove the new code and keep the old since the latter has historical data? Are there fundamental differences between them which stops you from doing so?
