My google analytics was working fine when I initially set it up 18 months or so ago. The last 9 months it has not been working. I've recently checked the code and reached out to someone on my website platform for help and we can't figure it out. Can anyone help me?

Thanks.. how many Views do you have in GA for the Property?
If there is only one View, have any filters been applied to it?

Also just to humor me.. if you log into GA and go to the Property Settings page,
what is the tracking id given at the top of the Property Settings page?

Can you please create a view with no filters applied to it, to see if it starts displaying tracked traffic over the next 24-48hrs

Nps.. means one of your filters is possibly an issue.
Best practice...always keep one view filter free. It helps prevent loss of data and ensures you have a raw, unedited copy of site data for reporting purposes if needed. Once data is filtered out.. its not recoverable.. this way, if somethig goes pear shaped with a filter.. then you still have the unfiltered view to refer to.
