Multiple UA Codes

I'm working with a Weebly website and ran the Google Tag Manager (Chrome extension) to check for proper code installation. In doing this, I noticed 2 additional UA codes appearing, in addition to the UA code I added to the website. After checking a number of Weebly websites and finding the same 2 codes appear, I contacted Weebly, who mentioned that these codes are integrated on their platform, which is why they appear on all websites build on Weebly.

My question is: Will the multiple UA codes potentially skew the data we're seeing in Google Analytics?

If tag assistant found everything in order with the tracking tags, there should be no problems with your data in GA.
