I can not find out to delete a GA code that I no longer use.

Hi,

Do you mean you have a property in your account that you no longer use? You can delete it by going to Admin -> Property -> Property Settings and you'll see a button on the right side "Move to Rubbish Bin". It will be permanently deleted after 35 days.
