Google Tag Manager Not Working

Hi guys,

I have just starting using Google Tag Manager for my site and it doesn't seem like this is working.

When I use the Google Tag Assistant to check if my Universal Analytics is firing it shows it only shows me one tab which is the "Metadata" information. No "Code Snippet" or "Cookies Tab" is available. Does anybody know what this means? Image attached below:

I have looked at other people's websites and mine is the only one that shows like this. Is there something wrong with my Tag Manager? Example of other people's websites.

If anyone has any insight into why this is happeneing this would be great.

Thank you.

Hi George,

I guess, if you are triggering analytics code through tag manager its completely fine (not seeing 'Code snippet' and 'Cookies'). Its actually seen, if you have manually placed the analytics code.
You can look at the real time reports in analytics or tag assistant recording to check, if the data is getting captured.

Hope this helps
Thanks,
Ritwik
