Find Analytics for specific pages on your website

Our website is split into 4 sections each with 5-10 pages within it.  How do I set up a dashboard for each section?  I know I can see individual page info under behaviour but I want to group pages so I can see traffic for the whole section.

I believe what you're looking for is content grouping. You can find more information about it here:
It's actually not that easy to set up for a new-ish user so I'd recommend contacting someone who can code if you don't have that experience yourself.

However, I don't think that these can be added to a dashboard (I may be wrong there though), you'll have to use normal reports and email reporting.
