Hi,

Yes, events will be collected in the property you create a tracker for on the site. If you want to track to multiple properties on the same site please read about using multiple trackers:

https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/analyticsjs/creating-trackers#working_w...

Let me know if you have questions.
