Remove the tracking code.
The tracking code should not usually cause an issue like that.
How do you usually edit your site pages? via ftp and text editor.. via a CMS.. via an interface provided by the site hosting?

Do you have access via ftp? If you have access via ftp and manually edit your pages, are you able to correct the code on the relevant page and reupload the corrected page via ftp?

Apart from that.. sorry.. best i can suggest is that you ask your site hosting if they have a recent backup they can restore your site from. You'll likely lose changes made to your site from the time of the last backup up till recently.. but it really is the only thing i can suggest.

Maybe someone else here can offer some other type of help/insight
