Content Grouping tracks only one page, other pages are missing

Dear All,

Could anyone help? I am trying to group my content in the Content Grouping by using tracking code. I need to set up two main groups - "productPageView" and "productPageView-customer".

  1. I have created my first group with name"productPageView" inside "Content Grouping Settings" whose index is 1.
  2. I have created my second group with name"productPageView-customer" inside "Content Grouping Settings" whose index is 2.

I double confirmed that both are ON.

Here is my code. I added it to every page that I want to group.

    <script>
      (function(i,s,o,g,r,a,m){i['GoogleAnalyticsObject']=r;i[r]=i[r]||function(){
        (i[r].q=i[r].q||[]).push(arguments)},i[r].l=1*new Date();a=s.createElement(o),
        m=s.getElementsByTagName(o)[0];a.async=1;a.src=g;m.parentNode.insertBefore(a,m)
      })(window,document,'script','//www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js','ga');

      ga('create', 'UA-69718363-3', 'auto');
      ga('require', 'displayfeatures');

      ga('set', 'contentGroup1', 'productPageView');
      ga('set', 'contentGroup2', 'productPageView-customer');
      ga('send', 'pageview');

    </script>

Then it shows only one page in each content group. Content grouping does not track other pages. Figures are shown as below(Sorry about inserting links, inserting photos always fails):

What I did wrong? I really added my code to every page that I want to group. But it just shows only one here. Any ideas please?

Many thanks,

J.Wu

I meant an example page containing grouping code to see whether there is a tracking issue

Hi do you have an example URL we can take a look at?
Also, did you define grouping as tracking, rule or extraction?

Thanks so much for your reply!!

I defined grouping as tracking, and could you please tell me what kind of example you want to look at?

Yes, you are right. I did find a bug by using Google Analytics Debugger. Now I can see my groups in my report. Thank you so much!
