Hello All,

I want to track goal conversions for the form which is at right hand side in this page http://www.drrendon.com/

There is no Thank you page after submitting the form.

Can any one suggest me how to track goals from this form?

Regards,
Mahesh

Hi

There is no quick fix for this you will need to have event tracking / virtual pageview code on submission of the form and then create goal based on the same.

You can have this event tracking code in doSubmitEvents(); function after validation.

Hope that makes sense.

Hi,

It seems that you're already tracking the form submissions as events but your setup is broken.

The code below is fired when the form is submitted:

<script>
_gaq.push(['_trackEvent', 'saveForm', 'clicked', 'submit','true']);
</script>

You are using the old classic analytics tracking codes, I'd suggest you to upgrade your tracking codes to universal analytics.

You can get the tracking code form GA Admin -> Property -> Tracking Info -> Tracking code. Replace your old ga.js tracking code with the new code and replace the event tracking code with:

<script>
ga('send', 'event', 'saveForm', 'clicked', 'submit');
</script>

You will see event data under Behavior -> Events, once you have this data, you can set up an event based goal. Please check the document below about goals:

Hope this helps, let me know if you have questions.
