You have an onload event listener here:

<script type="text/javascript">
window._wpemojiSettings = {"baseUrl":"http:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/72x72\/","ext":".png","source":{"concatemoji":"http:\/\/www.indpro.se\/wp-includes\/js\/wp-emoji-release.min.js?ver=4.2.4"}};
!function(a,b,c){function d(a){var c=b.createElement("canvas"),d=c.getContext&&c.getContext("2d");return d&&d.fillText?(d.textBaseline="top",d.font="600 32px Arial","flag"===a?(d.fillText(String.fromCharCode(55356,56812,55356,56807),0,0),c.toDataURL().length>3e3)Smiley Sadd.fillText(String.fromCharCode(55357,56835),0,0),0!==d.getImageData(16,16,1,1).data[0])):!1}function e(a){var c=b.createElement("script");c.src=a,c.type="text/javascript",b.getElementsByTagName("head")[0].appendChild(c)}var f,g;c.supports={simple:d("simple"),flag:d("flag")},c.DOMReady=!1,c.readyCallback=function(){c.DOMReady=!0},c.supports.simple&&c.supports.flag||(g=function(){c.readyCallback()},b.addEventListener?(b.addEventListener("DOMContentLoaded",g,!1),a.addEventListener("load",g,!1))Smiley Sada.attachEvent("onload",g),b.attachEvent("onreadystatechange",function(){"complete"===b.readyState&&c.readyCallback()})),f=c.source||{},f.concatemoji?e(f.concatemoji):f.wpemoji&&f.twemoji&&(e(f.twemoji),e(f.wpemoji)))}(window,document,window._wpemojiSettings);
</script>

This will cause an event to fire every time the page loads causing an action which causes 0% bounce rate

Hi Kuberudu,

This is usually an indication that something went wrong with the implementation. In most cases this is caused by a duplicate tracking code (Same UA code twice). Having two different UA codes should not cause this.

Reasons include:
* Duplicate tracking code
* iFrame is embedded which also fires a pageview
* Google Tag Manager installed along side your Google Analytics code
* Check your custom event tracking, - If you have an event that is far too simple to fire like a scroll, pop up or hover over this may cause an engagement which means the user did not bounce.

You can check your code using the following chrome extensions:

Ghostery : https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ghostery/mlomiejdfkolichcflejclcbmpeaniij
Tag Assistant: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tag-assistant-by-google/kejbdjndbnbjgmefkgdddjlbokphdefk
Analytics DeBugger: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google-analytics-debugger/jnkmfdileelhofjcijamephohjechhna

I hope this helps

Thank you Bryan for reply.

Can you ask one more question. Is there any way without removing the onload event listener to rectify the bounce rate using tag manager or some other way??

Hello Bryan,

I removed the onload event listener even though the bounce rate still 0%.

Hi @Kuberudu ,

Did you check the stats after 48hrs, Are you still getting 0%?
