Average Page Load Time is Zero

Hi there.

What could be the reason for all average page load times being zero? Everything else seems to work fine.

Just to clarify: Do you mean load time under Site Speed or average time on page under Site Content?

It's probably because there is no data available.
By default page timing hits are sending with 1% of pageviews.
You can change this by setting siteSpeedSampleRate parameter when you are sending a pageview:

You can also try to select wider date range.
