Async Analytics Content Experiment

Does anyone know if the Async version of Google Analytics will work Google Content Experiments for A/B testing? My experiment is not working after, following all directions to the T I am unable to validate the experiment.

When I try revalidating my Experiment, it shows the following error:

No Google Analytics tracking code found.
All web pages used in your experiment need tracking code.

When in fact there is tracking code because I am able to see myself on the page in Real-Time.

I am thinking perhaps Async version of GA does not work with Content Experiments, can anyone confirm?
