Analytics Not Tracking

Hi all,

I have recently added tracking scripts to 2 webpages but for some reason only 1 of the 2 worked.

The page that isn't working can be found here:

http://www.mcassembly.com/realstory/index.html

However, the web address for the page is www.realstory.com and we are using the masking function on the domain because we have hosting elsewhere.

Thoughts?

Hi Melissa,

You are including www.mcassembly.ca/realstory/index.html using an iframe on www.realstory.ca. The hits will be tracked for www.mcassembly.ca/realstory/index.html and www.realstory.ca will be the referrer.
It seems to be working, if you have just created the property and installed the tracking code you need to wait up to 24h for the data to appear. Hope this helps.

Hi Melissa,

http://www.mcassembly.com/realstory/index.html is a 404/not found page. Neither of your URLs have any tracking codes installed. Can you please check if the first URL is correct?

The analytics code is installed correctly on http://www.mcassembly.ca/realstory/index.html
The page at www.realstory.com is different and it has no tracking code installed.

Clearly I'm obsessed with .com, LOL! www.realstory.ca is the domain name. It is being forwarded to http://www.mcassembly.ca/realstory/index.html.

Sorry for the confusion.

That's what I thought but even the Real Time function wasn't working.

Ok, so which URL do I input into Analytics?
