Analytics ID Lookup

Hi there,

We are looking at transitioning to a new website but were hoping to port over the tracking information.  Unfortunately the analytics tracking ID on our current site (www.stratfordhall.ca , UA-58902828-1) does not match our analytics administrator Tracking ID (UA-48791216-1).  Is there any way to verify the account that the number is associated with?

Thank you,

Brian

Hi :-)
Google wont give out account information re account email addresses or similar for safety and privacy reasons.
Are you the only administrator for analytics or was it maybe previously setup by a third party or a staff member that has since left?

You could try to recover the account, there is a comprehensive post by Niall in the following thread on how to go about doing this (its the one marked as best answer)

You will need an adwords account, they are free to create and do not need to be configured with campaign info or anything. Its just so as to access the support options that are only available and visible when logged into an Adwords account.
