I have a website that has several events and conversion goals as Signup.
Dev team set the ga send event on success signup, I get event counts on Google Analytics dashboard but I can’t know what is the best channel source of conversion, events , location ,funnel…. etc. , GA only reads the user channel source on his first entry however numbers is not always accurate, but then it get lost and the source of any action or conversion all goes to Direct.

all events are set on frontend. I don't know if it's cookies issue or there is another .js block that , how can I trace.

Hi Mohammad,

When a user signsup, are they redirected from https to http? Does it take them off site at any point? Usually goals are attributed to the last click attribution so perhaps a new sessions is created which forces the session referrer to become direct hence why the goal conversion is showing as direct?

Thanks,

A
