"Submit" button for Ecommerce set-up not working, specifically not providing feedback when clicked[ Edited ]

Refer to screenshot below. This is found under Account > Property > View: eCommerce Settings
Basically what is happening, is that there is no feedback from the system once I press the Submit button to let me know my changes have been accepted. It looks exactly like the screenshot below after I hit Submit. Is this normal?
