https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/ fails in all browsers

Greetings,

The URL I have used for years to access our analytics page is suddenly producing a blank page in all browsers. The basic URL is https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/ and my bookmark reads https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/?pli=1

Google's 'help' is, as usual, no help at all. Where, oh where, has my Google Analytics gone???

Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.

James

Thank you. Sure enough, the 'private browsing' feature in Kaspersky anti-virus was blocking the site. I added it as an exclusion, now it works.

Thanks again.

Hi James :-)
What I would do is clear all browser cache and cookies..
and then try the following:

go to the GA website homepage
https://www.google.com/analytics/#?modal_active=none

and at the top right where it says SIGN IN.. click the drop down and select Google Analytics.

Then if that works.. update the bookmarks if necessary.

I would also check if you have any browser addons such as adblocker

or similar that can sometimes block the GA site from working as expected.
